Certificate iv in business

The Certificate IV in Business gives you a broad-base of essential business skills. Its course content is designed to take a student with no prior experience of working in business and give them the tools they need to supervise or administer a small office or business, or do specialised work within a larger organisation.

This course also provides necessary foundation skills and knowledge if you wish to continue on to Advanced Diploma qualifications in management and marketing.

Course content

The subjects used in our version of the Certificate IV in Business all have a practical focus. In particular, they emphasise computer and interpersonal communication skills -- indispensable tools in today's competitive business world. They also cover accounting systems using MYOB, supervision and project management skills, and knowledge of practical aspects of marketing.

The subjects lead you through the underpinning knowledge needed to understand fundamental areas of business, and deliver a set of national units of competency that enable you to qualify for a Certificate IV in Business.
